Staying at Wilsford House

Can I book a room or the whole house?
When booking Wilsford House you are booking the whole house which accommodates up to 6 guests at a time.
What is included when we book Wilsford House?
All stays include one day’s worth of full breakfast provisions (although so generous that many enjoy these provisions over multiple mornings), linen, luxury bathroom amenities, bath towels, free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, Nespresso coffee and much more.
How much privacy does Wilsford House enjoy?
Wilsford House is the ideal location for those seeking uninterrupted privacy. Located outside of the Lyndoch’s town boundaries on a large private corner block, it has no immediate neighbours and is flanked by vineyards on three sides. The gardens and views are breathtaking, with the front of the House facing towards the southeast of the Barossa Valley.

Framed by significant trees, vineyards and the ridgeline of the distant hills, Wilsford House is ideal for those seeking to escape yet remains only a stone’s throw from everything the Barossa has to offer.

Is the accommodation quiet?
Yes, the property is an extremely tranquil place. Wilsford House is situated privately on the corner of a country road outside of Lyndoch. During the day there is some light traffic, however, at night, it is very quiet. We ask guests to be mindful that we are next door to a working winery and vineyards, therefore from time to time, there can be occasional machinery operating.
Do you cater for special dietary needs?

Yes, subject to availability. Please notify us at time of booking with your requirements and we will endeavour to cater to the best of our abilities.

Is Wilsford House serviced daily?
No it is not serviced daily. But, Wilsford House is serviced before arrival and stocked with generous initial provisions. Long term stays enjoy complimentary servicing once a week and a fresh set of breakfast provisions.
Do you accept 1 night stays?
Yes. However as the property has a two-night minimum stay, a single night will be charged at the equivalent rate of a two-night stay. The inclusions remain the same.
Can I invite friends to the property?
No. Guests are not, under any circumstance, permitted to invite anyone onto the property who is not staying on the property with the exception of transportation and tour operators.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my dates?

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations outside of the 30 days before your stay will incur a $300 cancellation fee. Your booking payment will be refunded less this $300 amount.

This fee is waived if you move your booking date (subject to availability), however after one complimentary date move no further changes can be made and a subsequent change or cancellation will forfeit the entire booking cost. A booking date can be moved only once.

Cancellations within 30 days before your stay will forfeit any refund.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against unforeseen circumstances and cancellation of travel.

What is the check-in procedure?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. You will be sent an email with self check-in details when you make your reservation. An SMS will be sent to the person who booked within 7 days of your stay, re-confirming yourself check-in details.
